Assisted Living Medication Aide - PRN
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Aide/CNA to join our assisted living team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, caring, and committed to providing high-quality resident care.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications as prescribed
Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects
Document medication administration accurately
Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families
Qualifications:
Current Medication Aide certification (as required by state)
Current CNA Certification
Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
