Your Role:

As an LPN/RN at Heritage Crossings, you’ll provide high-quality care to residents, collaborate with team members, and build meaningful relationships with families and guests. You’ll be at the heart of a team that’s driven to exceed expectations in a warm and welcoming environment.

What You Bring:

• Current LPN/RN License
• Valid CPR Certification
• A caring heart and positive spirit
• Integrity, professionalism, and teamwork
