Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests receive a warm welcome, personalized assistance, and excellent service throughout their stay or visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns

  • Handle complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary

  • Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

  • Assist Administrative Team with various tasks

  • Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel
