Handle complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary
Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Assist Administrative Team with various tasks
Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel
